Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This policy explains how Your Weekend Dentist handles information collected through this website. Your Weekend Dentist is a shared booking site for two independent dental practices: South Bradenton Dental Care in Bradenton, Florida, and Renew Dental Loft in Schaumburg, Illinois. When you submit a request through this site, your information goes to the practice you selected, to a supervising dentist who receives requests for both practices, and to the team that manages this website on the practices' behalf.
Information we collect
When you submit an appointment request, we collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred day and time, the reason for your visit that you select from the menu, your insurance provider if you choose to give it, and anything you write in the notes field.
We also collect standard website analytics, such as the pages you visit, the approximate region you are visiting from, your browser and device type, and how you arrived at the site. This information is not used to identify you personally.
If you allow the site to find your nearest practice, your browser shares your approximate location with the page in order to select a location for you. This happens in your browser only, and we do not store or transmit your location.
How we use your information
We use the information in your appointment request solely to contact you about that request, confirm a time, and verify your insurance coverage before your visit. We use analytics information to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Please do not send medical details through this site
This website's form is not a secure medical channel and is not a patient portal. Please do not include medical history, symptoms, medication details, or other health information in the notes field. We will go over anything clinical with you by phone or at your appointment.
This policy covers only this website. Once you become a patient, the practice's handling of your protected health information is governed by its separate Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA, which the practice will provide to you.
Who can see your information
Appointment requests are stored in a secure database and emailed to the practice you selected, to a supervising dentist who receives requests for both practices, and the team that manages this website on the practices' behalf. This means a request you send to one practice is also seen by a dentist associated with the other. Access is limited to authorised staff among those recipients. The database is configured so that requests cannot be read by anyone visiting the website.
We use the following service providers to operate this site: Supabase for data storage, Resend for email delivery, Google Maps for the embedded location maps, and Google Analytics for website analytics. Each handles data under its own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment requests for six months and then delete them. If you become a patient, your clinical records are kept separately under the practice's own records policy and applicable law.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. To make a request, contact the practice directly using the details below.
You can decline the location permission without affecting your ability to use the site, and you can choose a practice manually instead.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it. Parents and guardians book on behalf of their children, and those requests are treated as the parent's submission.
